Nursing, a brief sociological approach: where from and where to

I wrote this article during the summer of 2001 in order to present it at the III National Conference of Military Nursing First Aid held in Cartagena in April 2002.Although written nearly a year ago, last November governmental decisions with regard to nursing career development come to show little quantitative or qualitative change; on the contrary, the overall impression is that of a perpetual fabulous make-up process.After re-reading it and asking colleagues for their opinion, I concluded that this STYLING MOUSSE intervention is still up to date, therefore I proceeded to shaping it into an article.
